Product Update: New Features Added, with More Innovation on the Horizon

At Domus Inventum, we believe that continuous improvement is just as important as ambitious long-term vision. While many of our updates happen quietly behind the scenes, we also want to keep our partners informed about the new tools and enhancements that are making the platform even more powerful.

Rental / Tourist Licence Support

A new Rental / Tourist Licence checkbox has now been added to the Basic Details section when creating or editing a property listing.

This addition reflects the growing importance of short-term rental licensing across many European markets. When enabled, the licence is displayed prominently within the property's main features, giving buyers immediate visibility that the property is licensed where applicable.

The new field is also fully searchable, allowing visitors to filter properties that already hold a valid rental or tourist licence.

Expanded Currency Support

As Domus Inventum continues its international expansion, we've added three additional currencies to the platform:

• Polish Zloty (PLN)

• Swedish Krona (SEK)

• South African Rand (ZAR)

These additions provide greater flexibility for agencies marketing properties to local and international audiences and represent another step towards supporting a broader range of global markets.

Development continues at pace, with a number of significant platform enhancements already underway.

Intelligent Image Analysis

We're developing an in-house image analysis system that will periodically review listing photography to identify images that may be too small, low resolution or otherwise unsuitable for premium property marketing.

The goal is to help agencies maintain consistently high presentation standards while improving the overall buyer experience across the platform.

Listing Quality Index Enhancements

The Listing Quality Index (LQI) will become even more robust as we introduce additional safeguards designed to ensure rankings remain fair, meaningful and resistant to manipulation.

Future updates will include automated analysis of listing descriptions, video fields and virtual tour content to verify that listings genuinely provide the rich information buyers expect, rather than simply attempting to maximise scores.

When we say the best listings rank highest, we intend to keep it that way.

Continued MCP Development

Our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server will continue to evolve with additional capabilities, improving how AI assistants and external applications interact with Domus Inventum listings while expanding the range of supported functionality.

More Native CRM / MLS Integrations

Expanding our network of native CRM and MLS integrations remains a key priority. Throughout the coming months, we'll continue adding support for additional providers, making it easier for agencies around the world to publish and synchronise their listings directly with Domus Inventum.

These updates represent another step towards our long-term vision of building the world's most intelligent luxury real estate platform. As always, we'll continue releasing improvements throughout the year, with many additional features already in active development.
