As with any AI system, responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. For this reason, every Oraculum conversation includes the following notice:

Domus Inventum uses automated systems, including the Listing Quality Index (LQI), to evaluate listing quality, completeness and freshness. These systems help improve the search experience but do not verify legal ownership, planning status or the factual accuracy of listing content.

We support the responsible use of modern visual technologies, including computer-generated imagery (CGI), virtual staging and AI-assisted image creation.

Where an image does not represent the property's current appearance, agencies should make this clear to prospective buyers. Examples include:

• Computer-generated architectural renders
• Virtual staging
• AI-generated illustrative images
• Material digital alterations that could reasonably influence a buyer's understanding of the property

Routine photographic editing — such as exposure correction, colour balancing, cropping or minor retouching — does not require disclosure.

Our objective is transparency rather than restriction. Buyers should always be able to distinguish between a property's current appearance and illustrative or conceptual imagery.

Domus Inventum ranks listings using the Listing Quality Index (LQI), a transparent methodology designed to reward quality rather than advertising spend. The LQI considers factors including listing completeness, photography, freshness and agency reputation.

Paid promotion is always clearly identified and never replaces quality-based ranking within organic search results.
