Optional paid placements that complement organic ranking — clearly labelled, never burying quality results.
How promotion works here
We do not allow paid placement to push organic listings down. Promoted slots sit alongside the ranked results and are always labelled Promoted. The organic order is decided by your quality score.
Where promotions appear
- The featured card at the top of the relevant location page (country, region, city or neighbourhood). One promoted listing per page — when several are active they disperse across pages and rotate every hour, and they never appear in the organic rows below.
- Featured slot in the buyer feed for matching saved-search criteria.
Buy a promotion
Open Promotion from your dashboard, choose the listing and pick a duration — 7 or 30 days. Promotion is billed separately from your membership.
Free until 30 September 2026: all single-listing promotions (7 and 30 days) are free of charge during our launch window. After this date they revert to the standard prices (€25 / €69).
Reporting
Every promotion shows impressions, clicks and resulting leads in Statistics.
Concurrent promotions
Free agencies can have one promoted listing active at a time. Buy a second slot once the current one expires, or upgrade to Membership for unlimited concurrent promotions.
Eligibility
A listing must be published and pass quality checks (minimum photos, complete details, accurate location) to be eligible for promotion. This is so paid placement never advertises a half-finished listing.
In addition, top positions are reserved for listings ranked Premium or Exceptional (Listing Quality Index of 65 or higher). If a listing's quality score drops below this bar, it leaves the promoted rotation until the score recovers — see quality score for how to improve it.
