Adding a Property Shouldn't Be a Project

Domus Inventum was created by people who have spent years working in real estate. So we know what adding a listing actually involves. Picture it ...
Someone sends you a folder or a link. You open it. Check the photographs. Find the floor plans. Download the videos. Search through brochures and documents for useful information.
Then you have to upload everything again.
It works. But it is unnecessarily manual. So we set out to make it easier.
Let Oraculum Do the Heavy Lifting
Domus Inventum already allows you to connect external media sources including Dropbox, Google Drive and Playbook. Now we've taken that a step further.
You can give Oraculum, our in-house intelligence, a supported source link and let it inspect the material for you.
It can identify and classify the files, find relevant photographs and floor plans, read brochures and documents, and use the information it finds to help build the property listing.
The idea is simple:
Give us the source material. Don't make us make you move it first.
Dropbox
Dropbox shared folder links can be used directly.
Oraculum can work through the folder structure, identify relevant property assets and extract useful information from documents.
You don't need to connect a Dropbox account first, provided you have a genuine shared folder link (not a web browser link).
Google Drive
Google Drive works through shared folder links once your Google Drive account has been connected to Domus Inventum.
Once connected, Oraculum can inspect the folder and work through the available property material in much the same way as Dropbox.
Playbook
Playbook works through your connected Playbook account.
You can browse your boards through Domus Inventum or ask Oraculum to import material from a particular board.
For example:
“Import the approved photos from the Villa Miramar board.”
You can also paste a Playbook link, but the board must belong to the Playbook account you have connected to Domus Inventum.
A public sharing link alone doesn't give third-party applications unrestricted access to a Playbook board. If a link points to a board belonging to a different Playbook account, Oraculum will tell you that it cannot access it.
It won't guess, and it won't pretend it can access something it can't.
More Sources Are Coming
We're continuing to expand the connections between Domus Inventum and the tools agents already use.
Microsoft OneDrive is planned as a future connector.
And this is only the beginning. We think a modern property platform should work with the way agents actually work, not create another place where they have to manually move everything around.
Because adding a property should be about the property.
