API Feed Integration Is Here - More Ways to List on Domus Inventum

Most property portals ask for one thing: a feed URL. That's worked well for lots of agencies running on platforms like Kyero, Resales Online, Inmovilla, or Inmobalia, and it still does. But a growing number of agencies we talk to run on systems that don't publish a static file at all. Their listings live behind an API.

So we built for that.

Domus Inventum now supports direct API-based integration alongside our existing feed support. If your CRM or in-house system exposes a REST API, we can connect to it, map your fields to our listing schema, and keep your properties in sync automatically, the same way a file-based feed would, just without the file.

A few things worth knowing:

• It works alongside everything we already support. XML feeds aren't going anywhere. This is an additional path, not a replacement.

• Your data, your schema. We don't ask you to reshape your API to fit us. During onboarding, we map your fields - property type, price, location, images, amenities - onto our schema, however your system happens to structure them.

• Same quality standard, same ranking. However your listings arrive, they're scored the same way under our Listing Quality Index. Visibility on Domus Inventum has never been about spend, and that doesn't change based on how your data reaches us.
