We discussed Domus Inventum internally and with actual agents/agencies, and made a decision. Every agency on Domus Inventum can now start for free. No card required, no trial that quietly expires in 14 days.

What Free actually includes

This is not a stripped-down preview of the platform. Free agencies get:

• Unlimited published listings

• Full visibility in search, location and agency pages from day one

• Unlimited buyer leads

• A full agency profile and team page

• Statistics and a quality dashboard for every listing

The only thing Free does not include is automated XML feed integration. Listings added and edited manually work exactly the same as paid listings, same ranking, same visibility, same lead delivery. The single difference is whether your portfolio updates itself overnight from your CRM, or whether you keep it current yourself.

One promotion at a time

Free agencies can run one promoted listing at a time. Paid membership removes that limit entirely, run as many promoted listings concurrently as you like.

Why we changed it

We wanted the barrier to trying Domus Inventum to be as close to zero as possible. If you have ten exceptional listings and you're willing to add them by hand, there is no reason that should cost you anything. The platform should prove itself before you pay for it, not the other way around. And agents were not hesitant to tell us so, quite rightly.

Where membership earns its place is convenience. If you're managing fifty or a hundred, or more, listings across an active agency, manually keeping everything current is real work. Quality still decides everything

Free or paid changes nothing about how listings are ranked. The Listing Quality Index scores every listing the same way regardless of plan, photography, description, amenities, floor plan, location accuracy and freshness. A free agency with ten outstanding listings will always outrank a paid agency with a hundred mediocre ones. That principle was true before this change and remains true now.
