Domus Inventum Is Now Searchable From Claude

As of today, Domus Inventum listings are searchable directly from Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, through our new MCP server.

Ask Claude "find me a four bedroom villa in Marbella with sea views under three million euros" with the Domus Inventum integration connected, and you get real, live, ranked results from our actual inventory. Not a link to a search page, not a cached result from a crawl, live data queried in real time, ordered by quality score.

What this means in practice

The way buyers search for information is changing. More people are starting with a conversational query to an AI assistant than with a traditional search engine, particularly for complex, high-consideration purchases where they want to describe what they want in their own words rather than translate it into keywords and filters.

Until now, property search has been almost entirely absent from that shift. Portals still require a buyer to navigate to a website, open a search page, and fill in a form. Domus Inventum now works differently. If you have Claude and the Domus Inventum integration connected, your search can start in a conversation.

How it works

The Domus Inventum MCP server exposes three tools: search properties, get property details, and submit an enquiry. Claude can call these tools in response to natural language queries, combining them with its own reasoning to provide genuinely useful answers rather than just a list of results.

A buyer asking "what's the difference between buying in Marbella and Estepona for a family looking for a beachfront property under two million?" can get both a contextual answer and relevant live listings from DI in the same response. And if they want to enquire about a specific property, they can do that without leaving the conversation at all.

Enquiries directly from Claude

Buyers can now submit a property enquiry directly from a Claude conversation. No need to visit the listing page, no form to navigate to, just a name, email and message submitted in-conversation. The agent receives the lead through the normal notification system, with a clear attribution line showing it came via the Domus Inventum MCP integration on Claude. Every MCP-sourced lead is stored separately so we can track which integrations are producing real buyer interest over time.

Approved access only

Access to the MCP server is currently only open to approved users. Every integration is reviewed and approved by our team before live inventory access is granted. This keeps the data secure and the access intentional, consistent with how Domus Inventum approaches everything else, curated rather than open to all comers.

The MCP server is the first step. ChatGPT Actions follow once the integration is proven. Natural language search on the platform itself arrives as inventory deepens.
