Domus Inventum now speaks Spanish and French

Domus Inventum is now live in Spanish and French, alongside English.
Every page, every listing, every search result is available in all three languages. Buyers can browse in the language they think in, and agents can be confident their properties are reaching the audience they are actually trying to reach.
How it works
Listing titles and descriptions display in their original language by default, exactly as the agent wrote them. If you are browsing in a different language, a simple toggle lets you switch to a translated version, or back to the original at any time. We think the agent's own words matter, particularly on properties where tone and detail are part of the sell, so we never force a translation over the original. You choose.
The rest of the platform, navigation, filters, search, dashboards, is fully localised. Switch language from the header and the entire experience follows.
Square metres and square feet
We have also added support for both square metres and square feet across the platform. Whichever unit a buyer is used to, that is what they will see, with the option to switch at any time. A villa in Sotogrande measured at 450 square metres reads just as clearly as 4,844 square feet, depending on who is looking.
This matters more than it might first appear. International buyers, particularly from the US and UK, think in feet. Listings that only display in metres create friction at exactly the moment a buyer is trying to picture a space. Removing that friction is a small thing that adds up.
Why this matters for agents
As we expand beyond the Costa del Sol into the Costa Blanca and other regions of Spain, and grow our presence across France, having Spanish and French coverage in place from the start matters. Between them, English, Spanish and French are spoken by a large percentage of people worldwide, and cover the large majority of buyers actively searching the markets we operate in.
If your feed already includes amenity and feature data, none of this requires any extra work on your part. Translation and unit conversion happen automatically.
What's next
Further language support is on the roadmap as our footprint grows into new markets. For now, English, Spanish and French cover the majority of buyers actively searching the Costa del Sol and the wider regions we are expanding to operate in.
