What's Next? Plus an introduction to Oraculum

Domus Inventum launched with a simple idea: property listings should be ranked on quality, not on who spends the most. That principle hasn't changed, but the platform built around it keeps growing. Here's a look at where things are headed.

Smarter search, powered by Oraculum

We recently introduced real, measured travel times on every listing, how close a property actually is to the marina, the golf club, the school, the airport. That's the first visible piece of Oraculum, our geographic reasoning engine, and it's just the beginning.

Next up: search that understands what you actually mean. Instead of scrolling through filters, you'll be able to describe the kind of location you want; close to the coast, near international schools, a short drive from a marina; and get results grounded in real geographic data. Less clicking, more finding.

NB: Oraculum is in beta and may make mistakes, but will be constantly improving and learning.

More listings, more coverage

We're steadily expanding the number of agencies and listings on the platform, with new feed integrations in the pipeline that will bring more inventory onto Domus Inventum without agencies needing to do any extra work. The more agencies join, the more useful the platform becomes for buyers, and the more visibility quality listings get.

Branded Residences

For buyers specifically interested in branded and managed residences, we're building dedicated tools to make those properties easy to find and compare, with their own clear identification across the platform, and eventually a dedicated space just for exploring them.

Expanding beyond the Costa del Sol

Domus Inventum started here, but it isn't staying here. We're actively working on expansion into new regions across Spain and into Italy, bringing the same quality-first approach to new markets. As part of our initial expansion, we are now in the Costa Blanca and are delighted to welcome Fine & Country Costa Blanca North to Domus Inventum.

AI-native from the ground up

We are among the first property portals to make listings genuinely accessible to AI assistants, so when someone asks an AI to help them find a home, Domus Inventum listings can be part of that answer, not left out of it. As AI search becomes a bigger part of how people look for property, we intend to stay ahead of that shift rather than react to it. And to clarify, although several platforms are searchable from platforms like ChatGPT, it's a separate layer bolted on, not natively built from the start.

Built on a simple belief

None of this changes what Domus Inventum is about: giving visibility to listings that deserve it, and giving buyers information they can trust. Everything above is in service of that, not a departure from it.
