Domus Inventum Changelog

Meaningful updates for buyers and property professionals. Oraculum continues to learn and improve between these published releases.

MCP account hardening

Account creation through connected AI platforms now uses a two-step confirmation flow, so details must be reviewed before an invitation is sent.

Buyer and professional registration are handled separately. Professional requests require a business email that matches the organisation website and are reviewed before activation. Invitations clearly identify their AI or API origin, while connection and session details are retained for traceability. Each connection can create only one account.

MCP updates

Connected platforms can now discover published developments with richer information and direct public links. The Connections area and expanded MCP guides are also live for every signed-in account, with clear access status and usage limits.

MCP launch

Domus Inventum can now work securely with compatible AI platforms. Buyers can search and retrieve properties, discover professionals and developments, submit enquiries, and request an account without sharing a password through the connection.

Property links are flexible: a full public URL, listing reference, slug or identifier can all be used to find the same home.

A faster, more resilient platform

Search, listing imagery and background updates were streamlined following a platform-wide infrastructure review, improving responsiveness and reliability for buyers and professionals.

Currencies and payments

Memberships, promotions and property prices are now easier to understand across regions.

  • Plans and payments are available in EUR, USD and GBP, selected by region with a persistent manual currency switcher.
  • Listing prices remain in their advertised currency. Hovering or tapping a price reveals indicative values in other supported currencies.
  • Price-on-request listings never display an estimated conversion.

Secure asset delivery

Domus Inventum imagery and files now use our dedicated assets domain, with protected delivery through our global network.

Multi-factor authentication

Time-based one-time password authentication is now available from the Privacy Centre. It adds an optional second layer of account security and is required before sensitive billing changes.
