How to keep your account safe and what to do if something goes wrong.

Sign in

Sign in at /auth using your email and password, or with Google. Sessions persist across browser restarts until you sign out.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Visit /forgot-password.
  2. Enter your account email — we'll send a reset link from notify.domusinventum.com.
  3. Click the link and choose a new password.

Reset links expire after a short window for safety. If your link has expired, request a new one.

Change your password

Once signed in, visit Account to change your password. We recommend using a password manager and a unique password.

Change your email address

In Account, update your email. We'll send a confirmation to the new address — click the link to finish the change.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. Agents: cancel your subscription first to stop billing, then contact support to delete the account. We'll remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
