The single number that decides where your listings rank. Transparent, explainable, and entirely in your control.
What goes into the score
- Completeness — every required field filled, plus the optional fields buyers care about (energy rating, year built, plot, parking).
- Photography — number of photos, resolution, variety (interior, exterior, surroundings) and presence of a clean cover.
- Description — a real description rather than a single line. We don't reward keyword stuffing.
- Location accuracy — address selected from autocomplete and pin position confirmed.
- Freshness — recently created or updated listings score higher.
- Agency reputation — average response time to leads, completeness of agency profile, and time on the platform.
Where to see it
Open Quality overview for a per-listing breakdown with suggested fixes. Fixing the suggestions is the fastest way to raise your rank.
What doesn't affect it
- Paying for promotion does not improve organic quality score.
- Subscription tier does not affect ranking.
- We do not down-rank competitors of any paying customer.
Common quick wins
- Replace the cover photo with the strongest landscape exterior shot.
- Add at least 12 photos covering every room.
- Write two paragraphs that describe the property as you'd describe it to a buyer in person.
- Confirm the pin on the map matches the actual house.
