Who pays?
Buyers never pay anything. Agencies pay a membership to publish listings. See live pricing on the pricing page.
Monthly or yearly
Memberships are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is discounted. You can switch between them from Subscription.
Tax
All advertised prices are exclusive of tax. Where required, local VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address. Your invoice shows the tax line separately.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment provider. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Invoices
After each successful payment we email an invoice and store a copy in Subscription under Transactions. Invoices include your company name, billing address and VAT number when provided.
Cancel or change plan
Cancel any time from Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the paid period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods. When the period ends, your published listings move back to draft automatically.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, we retry over several days and email you each time. If all retries fail, your membership becomes inactive and your listings are drafted. Update your card to restore service.
