For agents
Leads & inbox.
Every enquiry a buyer sends becomes a lead. Here's how the system works and how to get the most out of it.
How leads arrive
When a buyer submits the enquiry form on one of your listings, three things happen at the same time:
- An email is sent to the agent or agency address on the listing.
- A new conversation appears in your Inbox.
- The buyer receives a confirmation that you'll be in touch.
Inbox
The inbox lists every lead, newest first, with the listing it relates to. Click a lead to see the buyer's contact details, message and any prior conversation. Reply from the inbox to keep the thread tidy and searchable.
Notifications
Email notifications are on by default. You can change channels in Preferences.
Response time matters
Buyer expectations are high — a response within the first hour roughly doubles your conversion rate. Response time also feeds into your agency reputation score, which feeds your quality score and so your ranking.
Lead quality
Every enquiry is filtered through our spam and abuse checks before it reaches you. If a message slips through that looks like spam, mark it from the inbox — repeat offenders are blocked automatically.
Privacy
Buyer email and phone are visible only to you and your team. Do not contact buyers about anything other than the property they enquired about — see our terms.
