A short enquiry usually gets a faster, more useful reply.
How to enquire
Open the listing and use the enquiry form on the right. Add a short note about who you are, when you'd like to view, and any specifics (financing, timing). Most agencies aim to respond within an hour.
What happens next
- You'll receive a confirmation email immediately.
- The agent gets the enquiry by email and in their inbox.
- They reply directly to your email — keep the thread for a clean history.
If they don't reply
After 48 hours with no reply, you can send a polite nudge through the same form, or contact a different agency that handles similar properties. Slow agencies are penalised in our ranking, so they're rare.
Privacy
Your email and any phone number you provide are visible only to that agency, and only for the property you enquired about. We forbid agencies from contacting you about anything else — report misuse to support.
Booking a viewing
Viewings are arranged directly with the agency. We don't take a booking fee or insert ourselves into the conversation.
