Six capabilities, all scoped to your account. Read capabilities return published information only; the two write capabilities act on your behalf and are auditable.
Search properties
Find published listings by location, country, price range, bedrooms, property type, listing type and quality tier. Results are paginated and each one includes its public page address.
Get property
Retrieve the full detail of a single listing — description, features, price, size, location area, images and the responsible agency. Accepts a public property address, the listing reference in that address, or the listing slug.
List developments
Browse published new-build developments, optionally filtered by country or city, with sales status and public page address.
Search professionals
Find estate agents, agencies and developers by name, type, city or country, with their public profile address. Buyer accounts are never searchable.
Submit an enquiry
Send an enquiry about a listing to the agency marketing it. Your assistant must collect your name, email, phone and message first, and the same enquiry is not sent twice within 24 hours.
Create an account
Register a buyer, agent, agency or developer account. Domus Inventum sends an invitation email — no password is ever handled through the connection. Professional accounts require a business email address and a company name.
What is never exposed
- Buyer accounts, buyer preferences and buyer conversation history.
- Exact property coordinates and private address details.
- Other accounts' enquiries, leads, statistics or billing records.
- Internal quality scoring workings, prompts, keys or platform configuration.
