For agents

SEO & visibility.

What we do for you automatically, and what you can do to make your listings as discoverable as possible.

Indexable URLs

Every listing has its own clean, indexable URL containing the location and a slug derived from the title. Location pages — country, region, city, neighbourhood — are also indexable, so a buyer searching for "Marbella villas" has a real chance of landing on us.

Sitemaps

We publish split sitemaps so search engines crawl us efficiently:

  • /sitemap.xml — index file linking to the others.
  • /sitemap-pages.xml — static and location pages.
  • /sitemap-listings.xml — every published listing.
  • /sitemap-blog.xml — blog posts.

New and updated listings appear in the listings sitemap within minutes. We ping search engines on each update.

Per-page metadata

Every listing page sets its own title, description, canonical URL and Open Graph tags. The cover photo is used as the social share image automatically.

Structured data

Listings include JSON-LD that follows the RealEstateListing / Product schema, so search engines understand price, location and features.

What you can do

  • Write a specific, descriptive title — "Sea-view villa with infinity pool, Sierra Blanca" beats "Beautiful villa".
  • Use the description for a couple of well-written paragraphs, not bullet lists.
  • Keep your photos high-resolution; sharp covers get more clicks on social.
  • Make sure your company profile is complete — your agency page is indexable too.

Linking to your listings
