Subscription.

An active membership is what lets your listings go live. Here's exactly how it works.

What a membership includes

  • Publish unlimited listings.
  • Receive unlimited buyer leads.
  • Full agency profile and team.
  • Statistics and quality dashboard.
  • Optional paid promotion (billed separately, see Promotion).

Monthly or yearly

Choose monthly or yearly on the pricing page or from Subscription. Yearly is discounted vs monthly. You can switch between the two at any time; the change takes effect at your next renewal.

Prices are exclusive of tax

All prices on the pricing page are plus tax. Where required, local VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing address. Your invoice shows tax as a separate line.

Publishing rules

You can create and edit listings without a subscription — they sit as drafts. To publish, your agency's membership must be active. The system enforces this at the database level, so even API integrations can't bypass it.

What happens if my membership lapses

  • All published listings are automatically moved back to draft.
  • They are removed from search immediately and stop appearing on agency or location pages.
  • Inbound leads on those listings stop.
  • Your data and drafts are preserved. Renew and re-publish to restore them.

Cancel

Cancel any time from Subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we retry over several days and email you each time. After all retries fail, your membership becomes inactive and listings move to draft. Update your card to restore service.

Invoices

Every successful charge generates an invoice that's emailed to you and stored in the Transactions section of Subscription. Add your VAT number in Company so it's printed on the invoice.
