MCP is an open standard that allows compatible AI applications to securely interact with Domus Inventum. Your account permissions determine what your connected AI can access and do.
What is MCP?
MCP — the Model Context Protocol — is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to external services. Instead of copying property details into a chat window, you connect your assistant once and it can then work directly with Domus Inventum on your behalf, using your account and your permissions.
Nothing is shared automatically. Every connection is authorised by you, scoped to your account, and can be disconnected at any time.
What can Domus Inventum MCP do?
- Search published properties by location, price, size, type and quality.
- Retrieve the full detail of a single listing, including its public page address.
- Browse published new-build developments.
- Find estate agents, agencies and developers on the platform.
- Send an enquiry about a listing to the agency marketing it.
- Register a new Domus Inventum account by invitation.
Buyer accounts are never searchable through MCP, and precise coordinates, private contact records and internal quality workings are never exposed.
Who can use it?
Every signed-in Domus Inventum account can connect an AI assistant — buyers, agents, agencies and developers. What your assistant can see and do follows your account permissions: a buyer works with public inventory and their own enquiries; a professional account also works with the listings it is responsible for.
Domus Inventum may revoke MCP access for an individual account where it is used in a way that conflicts with our terms.
