What to include
- Your account email.
- The URL of the page where the problem happened.
- A screenshot if it's a visual or layout issue.
- The exact text of any error message.
- The device and browser you're using (for example, "iPhone 14, Safari").
Billing questions
For invoices, refunds or VAT details, include your company name and the invoice number if you have one.
Reporting a listing
If you've found a listing that looks like a scam, has incorrect details, or violates our standards, use the report button on the listing page or email us with the link.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Please email contactus@domusinventum.com with reproduction steps. We respond to security reports promptly and credit responsible reporters on request.
