Is Domus Inventum free for buyers?

Yes. Searching, saving favourites, setting up saved searches and contacting agents are always free.

How do listings get ranked?

By a transparent quality score: completeness, photography, freshness, and the reputation of the agency. Paid promotion exists, is clearly labelled, and never buries organic results. See Quality score.

Are membership prices tax-inclusive?

No. Prices on /pricing are exclusive of tax. Local VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.

Can I publish listings without a subscription?

No. Listings can be created and edited as drafts at any time, but only agencies with an active membership can publish them.

What happens if my membership lapses?

Your published listings move back to draft automatically and are hidden from search. Renew to re-publish them.

How do I get a VAT invoice?

Add your VAT number in Company. Every invoice we generate will include it.

How do I contact a listing's agent?

Open the listing and use the enquiry form on the right. The agent receives an email and an in-app lead notification, and replies directly to you.

I forgot my password.

Use /forgot-password. We'll send a reset link from notify.domusinventum.com.

How do I delete my account?

Cancel any active subscription first, then contact support.
