For agents
Statistics.
What each number means and what to do when it isn't what you'd like.
The dashboard
Statistics shows performance per listing and across your whole agency, with selectable time ranges (7, 30, 90 days).
Metrics
- Impressions — how often a listing appeared in a list, on a map, or in a feed.
- Clicks — opens of the listing page.
- Click-through rate (CTR) — clicks ÷ impressions. Low CTR usually means the cover photo or title needs work.
- Favourites — saves to a buyer's shortlist. A strong leading indicator of intent.
- Leads — completed enquiry forms.
- Lead rate — leads ÷ clicks. Low lead rate often means the price or description isn't matching expectations set by the photos.
How to act on the numbers
- Low impressions — improve your quality score or consider promotion in the listing's location.
- Low CTR — swap the cover photo for the strongest exterior shot, tighten the title.
- Low lead rate — revisit the description and price; check the photos match what's written.
